Timeline for Initial Activities

The start date will be from the time the Client informs SPA of its interest in setting up the ODC.

After this the actual time to setup begins. The whole process right from "0" in the above Timeline to having an ODC that starts working could be as little as 3 months subject to approval times from The Client.
