Dr. E. R. C. Shekar

Is our Chairman and is a former Vice Chairman of Steel Authority of India Ltd. He has over 35 years of experience in the steel industry. He has a Masters Degree from Indian Institute of Science and a Phd in Metallurgy from Moscow University. He founded SPA in 1987.

Srinivas Shekar

Our Chief Executive Officer has a Masters Degree in Computer Engineering from Case Western Reserve University (Ohio, USA). He has been with SPA for almost 12 years after having worked at Allen Bradley in Cleveland, USA.

K. N. Tejasvi

Our Director of Business Development has an Engineering Degree in Computer Science. With extensive experience in business development, he joined SPA over 9 years ago, and leads all of our business development activities around the world.

Sudhir Mahalingam

Has an M.B.A in Marketing from the University of Dallas (2004) and an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Houston (1997). He is Director - Product Alliances, looking after Project Execution and Planning for all projects executed by SPA, since October, 2006. Prior to joining SPA, Sudhir held various positions at Nortel Networks in the U.S.

Rakesh Gandhi

Rakesh Gandhi our Director-Projects has around 31 years of overall experience in Projects, automation project management, Software Development and Industrial Automation. Expertise includes formulating conceptual designs & software product management, strategic consulting for technology for systems implementations, in the enterprise application arena. He used to work at Bhilai Steel Plant, before joining SPA in 2008.
