-Off Shore Model:

• A dedicated PM/PL is provided offshore as a SPOC.
• Projects can be done as a fixed project based model, where Project management is done by SPA.
• Projects can be also taken on man-mouth basis, with full control retained by client.
• All work is done at SPA's office in India.

-Outside Model:

• Full control retained by client in terms of managing the project structureing delivery.
• All work is done onsite at the client's premises.

-Off Shore Onsite Model:

• A PL is positioned onsite at client's preimses, along with a small team of developers working on areas of higher communication needs.
• The remaining team led by the PM (SPOC) in offshore.
• This is very cost-effective, and highly result oriented model.
